To ensure efficient scheduling and availability, please review the following cancellation policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for all loan signing appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid any fees. Identification Requirement A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all signers at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. During my initial confirmation call, I will verify the details of your identification to ensure they match the loan documents. If discrepancies exist, they must be resolved prior to the appointment. Failure to present proper identification at the time of signing may result in cancellation of the appointment and a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
